Cancellation Policy
Cancellations -
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore we respectfully require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or service(s) changes to your appointment.
If you are feeling unwell or have an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible to reschedule.
Should you cancel on the same day as your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the originally scheduled services.
No call / no shows -
No call/no show will be charged 50% of the cost of the services scheduled.
Lateness -
If you're running late for your appointment please let us know. Communication is important.
Color adjustments -
Here at Diosa Hair, we strive to provide the highest level of service. Should you wish to have a color or toner adjustment, please contact us within five days of your original appointment.
